When you sign up, we securely save your payment method without charging you. You can explore the platform freely on the Free plan. If you upgrade, billing starts immediately with the first charge.
When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features and are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep your current features until then.
Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment provider. We never store your full card details on our servers — they are handled entirely by Stripe's secure infrastructure.
Yes, Stripe automatically generates an invoice for every payment. You can view and download all your invoices directly from your dashboard under Billing. Enterprise customers can also request custom invoices with purchase order numbers.
