Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The service will remain active until the end of the billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers for enterprise customers.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

Yes, contact us for special pricing for non-profit and educational organizations.

How does the free trial work?

When you sign up, we securely save your payment method without charging you. You can explore the platform freely on the Free plan. If you upgrade, billing starts immediately with the first charge.

What happens when I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features and are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep your current features until then.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment provider. We never store your full card details on our servers — they are handled entirely by Stripe's secure infrastructure.

Will I receive an invoice for each payment?

Yes, Stripe automatically generates an invoice for every payment. You can view and download all your invoices directly from your dashboard under Billing. Enterprise customers can also request custom invoices with purchase order numbers.
